1. Products and pricing

We try to describe products and prices accurately. Specifications are those provided by our suppliers, and run times for heated products vary with settings and conditions. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by a pricing error, with a full refund.

2. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

3. Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

4. Shipping and returns

5. Product safety

Follow all product instructions. Heated products must be used as directed: don't use them while sleeping, on people who can't feel heat or remove the product, or when the product is wet or damaged.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
